FAQs

  • Every client begins by completing our Wedding Floral Questionnaire . Once we’ve received the questionnaire, we create a proposal and mood board for you. From here, we set up a meeting, either in-person or over Zoom or a phone call, to review the documents we sent and to address any changes or thoughts you may have. After this step, we’ll make any changes and primarily communicate through email. When you’re excited and comfortable with your wedding order, we invite you to a private, password-protected page to view any documents we’ve provided, view inspirational photos, and pay deposits and balances. At this time we also collect a 50% deposit and have you sign our floral contract.

Roughly six weeks before your wedding, we will reach out to check in. This includes scheduling an in-person meeting at the farm to review your final invoice and make any final changes, and we’ll also go through finer details, such as ribbon wrap, corsage cuff colors, and more. At this visit, we love sending folks into the garden to pick a bouquet to take home! This meeting is also a great time to drop off any vases or containers if you’re providing them. After this meeting, we typically switch over to interacting with your day-of coordinator to stay up to date on day-of schedules and needs. That being said, we are always accessible to our clients via email and phone. On your wedding day, we’ll dive into our deliveries and installations! All final balances are due within 14 days prior to your event.

  • Every wedding is different, and we work with you to match your vision with your budget. Our a la cart menu provides a good starting point to get a sense for floral needs.

Our full service weddings range anywhere from $3,000-$10,000. Those choosing to do a mix of arranged pieces and DIY via our pick-your-own garden typically spend between $1,500-$3,000, and those who choose to pick from our gardens and entirely DIY usually spend less than $1,000.

  • The short answer is no! We offer a wide range of services to fit everyone’s budget. This includes everything from access to our pick-your-own gardens, to arrangements a la carte. We work closely with clients work to find the right offerings for every budget.

  • We provide buckets, snips, and flower food to get you started picking in the garden. Once home, we recommend keeping your flowers in a cool place— ideally a refrigerator that cools between 40-50 degrees. A cool, dark space or air-conditioned room will also work. If you live locally and don’t have a cool place to keep your flowers, we can store them for you! We do charge $25/night to store florals in our cooler.

We also provide a large selection of finishes for bouquets and set pieces, including ribbons, burlap and lace. We sell DIY kits complete with pins, ribbons or wraps, floral tape, and snips for $20/bouquet.

We recommend all bouquets and arrangements to be left in cool water in your dark, cool location after they are constructed. Please try to keep your water well below the ribbon or fabric, so the cloth doesn’t become soggy. Certain set pieces, like boutonnieres and corsages, can’t be placed in water once constructed. In these cases, we recommend spritzing with a little water and keeping them refrigerated.
